Paid media foundation — 2+ years hands-on with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. Stay tuned in to what's workingIterate on ad performance with the Campaign Manager (you'll see the data, you'll respond to it) You'll be the creative engine behind our paid campaigns. We have strategy on lock and we have in-platform execution on lock. What we need is someone who can take a strategy from concept to live creative: offers, landing pages, funnels, ad copy, design, and video direction. You'll work directly with the Account Manager (who owns client strategy) and the Campaign Manager (who runs the ad accounts). They hand you direction; you bring it to life. As we scale, you'll get designers, editors, and UGC creators to support your output, but you must be able to ship strong creative on your own today. This is also a growth role.
