2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or hiring experience Experience managing high-volume recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable using recruiting software, ATS platforms, and productivity tools Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional and customer-focused mindset Recruiting Source and recruit qualified service providers across multiple industries including: Housekeeping Handyman Services Pet Services Moving Services Mobile Car Detailing Personal Training and Fitness Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms IndeedLinkedInSocial mediaReferral NetworksLocal market researchIndustry contacts and databases Conduct phone screenings and interviews Evaluate candidates based on experience, professionalism, and service quality Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates nationwide Develop creative sourcing strategies to fill positions in new and existing markets Track recruiting metrics and hiring performance Hiring & Onboarding Coordinate candidate communications throughout the hiring process Conduct reference and background verification when required Manage offer and contractor agreement processes Collect required documentation including certifications, insurance, and licenses Oversee onboarding and training completion Ensure providers are properly set up in company systems before launch Create a positive onboarding experience that sets providers up for success Process Improvement Continuously improve recruiting and onboarding workflows Develop hiring scorecards, interview guides, and onboarding materials Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve hiring speed and quality Maintain accurate hiring records and documentation ElevateOS is a resident services platform that partners with apartment communities across the United States to provide convenient, high-quality services directly to residents. Through the ElevateOS app, residents can book services such as housekeeping, handyman services, pet care, moving assistance, mobile car detailing, personal training, massage therapy, and more.As we continue to expand nationally, we're looking for a Recruiting & Onboarding Manager to help us build and scale our network of service providers.
