Reporting into the Experience team, you will be responsible for managing multiple client engagements and accounts, leading UX/Creative/Design System efforts, and ensuring high-quality design deliverables align with project objectives and client brand guidelines. You will help drive design innovation, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of the design practice through thought leadership. APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. Our robust QA team is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Automation (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests that ensure product quality. You'll be directly working with our technical architect and developers to ensure that we create awesome bug-free software that delights our clients. Experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or transformation environmentKnowledge of front-end technologies and technical constraintsExperience with enterprise-level design systems and multi-platform designBackground in user research and testing methodologiesContribution to design community through speaking, writing, or thought leadership 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with demonstrated progression in leadership rolesStrong portfolio showcasing leadership of complex, multi-product design projectsExpert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design toolsDeep expertise in brand and design systems creation, implementation, and governanceProven ability to manage multiple client accounts and engagements simultaneouslyStrong leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience managing team membersExcellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactionsAbility to resolve complex design challenges in creative and effective waysExperience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with developers, strategists, and product managersDemonstrated ability to exercise wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
