To succeed as a Job Caller at Orsentra LTD, we need someone who can handle bilingual client communication confidently and coordinate meetings with a professional approach.Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong speaking and comprehension skills suitable for client-facing interviews.Communication: Professional verbal communication, clear articulation, and the ability to adapt tone to client needs in either language.Coordination: Comfort with structured meeting workflows, following provided job descriptions and candidate profiles accurately.Reliability: On-time attendance for scheduled calls and responsiveness to scheduling instructions.Attention to detail: Ability to track the meeting purpose, topics, and next steps without missing key information.Confidentiality & trust: Responsible handling of sensitive candidate and client information.Soft skills: Calm under pressure, strong interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset focused on client experience.Experience: While direct recruiting or calling experience is helpful, we mainly look for bilingual fluency, professionalism, and the ability to follow process instructions accurately. We are looking for a Job Caller who is fluent in both English and Spanish, since interviews and client meetings may be conducted in either language depending on the client.Join scheduled client meetings using the meeting link provided by us.Communicate professionally with clients in the interview language (English or Spanish) and maintain a clear, respectful tone throughout the call.Use the provided job description and candidate/profile information to introduce the process accurately and keep discussions on track.Coordinate interview flow by confirming key details, answering process questions (within scope), and ensuring the conversation stays aligned with the meeting purpose.Support the hiring process by capturing and relaying relevant information back to our team after the meeting (e.g., outcomes, next steps, and any action items).Maintain confidentiality and follow our internal procedures for handling candidate and client information.Be reliable and responsive to scheduling changes to reduce delays and improve client experience. At Orsentra LTD, we support client-facing hiring and coordination processes that require clear communication, professionalism, and reliable scheduling follow-through. In this role, we focus on connecting our hiring workflow with clients by supporting interview coordination and serving as a primary point of contact during scheduled meetings. You will join meetings prepared with the correct context and candidate profile, communicate professionally with clients in the required language, and help ensure the interview process runs smoothly from start to finish, including maintaining consistency, clarity, and responsiveness throughout the call. We provide the meeting link, the full job description, and the candidate/profile context before each scheduled client meeting. You will work in a bilingual environment where your English and Spanish skills directly improve client and candidate experience at Orsentra LTD.We will align on scheduling expectations and ensure you have the information needed to participate confidently in each call. Experience supporting interviews, client meetings, or HR coordination (internally or externally).Familiarity with common interview workflows and candidate communication standards.Comfort using video meeting platforms and handling minor technical issues calmly during calls.Prior bilingual client service experience (English/Spanish).
