Operations Manager (Future Integrator)

Minimum qualifications:5+ years in an Operations Manager, Production Manager, General Manager, Project Manager, Integrator, or similar leadership role.Experience in construction, specialty trades, home services, field-service operations, homebuilding, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, landscaping, or similar industries.Experience managing people and operational systems.Strong written and verbal English.Fluent Spanish.Ideal CandidateYou are not primarily an administrator.You are an operator.You enjoy creating clarity, structure, accountability, and follow-through.You are comfortable making decisions.You naturally identify inefficiencies and improve systems.You care deeply about execution and closure.You can balance customer experience, team accountability, and operational performance.Most importantly, you are willing to learn the business from the ground up before leading it.
