This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a startup or mid-market US company growing faster than its processes. They need an operator who can run the day-to-day, keep things on track, and remove manual load with AI, not against it. This is hands-on ownership of an operational area, not a chief-of-staff seat. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CT, 40 hours per week. You will work fully remote from anywhere in Latin America.
