Senior Product Designer

6+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years shipping complex consumer-facing or creator-facing productsA portfolio that demonstrates strong systems thinking, clear visual craft, and end-to-end ownership of real products in productionExperience designing for both web and mobile, fluency in Figma, and a working understanding of design systemsGenuine comfort with discovery work. You can interview artists, synthesize what you hear, and turn ambiguity into a clear problem statement. You think of research as part of design, not as someone else's jobStrong product instincts. We don't micromanage, and we expect senior designers to own outcomes We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our product team, reporting directly to the Head of Product. This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership.You'll lead end-to-end design on meaningful initiatives, including the upstream work: talking to artists, framing problems, and shaping what we should build before designing how it should look. You'll contribute to a design system that's still maturing, and work closely with engineering, artist relations, and our CEO on bespoke artist projects where the product is the artist's drop. We are Shopify for music: artists sell directly to fans before streaming release, own their first-party fan data, take payments in 140+ currencies, and stay eligible for the Billboard charts through our Luminate certification.
