Strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally including migration-related activities.Demonstrated ability to lead delivery and keep cross-functional workstreams on track.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients as the migration begins.Proven experience managing project scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies in a structured way.Comfort working with enterprise stakeholders and translating technical delivery progress into clear updates.Strong ownership mindset, including continuous improvement—finding ways to improve processes while protecting project outcomes.Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and maintain accountability for delivery commitments.Preferred: experience supporting finance operations and/or SAP FICO stakeholders is a plus, especially where the role requires ownership and ongoing process improvement. Lead SAP S/4HANA project delivery with end-to-end project management across planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.Coordinate migration activities and ensure workstreams are aligned to scope, timeline, and defined milestones.Communicate effectively with the client during the early migration phase to confirm requirements, clarify expectations, and reduce ambiguity.Manage project governance: create and maintain project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and decision logs.Drive status reporting and stakeholder updates using clear, business-friendly summaries and actionable next steps.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure dependencies are identified early and resolved quickly.Support change management activities by ensuring proper handoffs, documentation alignment, and readiness for subsequent phases.Continuously monitor progress, proactively address blockers, and keep delivery aligned to the client’s objectives.
