Mental Health Therapist Office Admin. Assistant This position demands full autonomy and responsibility for the business aspects of the practice—including administration, operations, marketing, and growth. The candidate is expected to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and complete tasks proactively without direct supervision with only a brief weekly meeting to ensure alignment and updates. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Phone, Email & Fax 2. Calendar & Schedule Management 3. Client Scheduling & Follow-Up 4. Client Billing & Payment Management 5. Practice Administration 6. MS Teams & Planner / Monday.com 7. Project Planning & Management 8. Practice Growth & Business Development 9. Clinical Recruitment & Candidate Pre-Screening (LMSW / LCSW) 10. Professional Outreach & Referral Development 11. Social Media Management, Marketing, and Engagement (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, GYE) 12. Creative & Design (Canva / Adobe Illustrator) 13. Google Business & Directory Management TOOLS & PLATFORMS • Canva or Adobe Illustrator • Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and GYE • Google Business Profile • Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner, or equivalent such as Monday.com • Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Sign or DocuSign • EHR systems — required; SimplePractice experience a strong plus • Indeed and LinkedIn (job posting and candidate sourcing) • Professional phone and email communication Gender: - Male 10 hours a week EST (2 hours daily) Will move on to full time after trial period WFH Available
