We’re looking for a senior, execution-focused AI automation leader who can both architect solutions and operationalize them for real business outcomes.Experience: proven experience designing and delivering AI automation or workflow systems in production environments (or production-grade pilots).Architecture skills: strong ability to model end-to-end workflows, define interfaces between systems, and choose practical orchestration patterns.Operational ownership: you take responsibility for reliability—monitoring, debugging, incident response, and continuous improvement.Automation mindset: you can identify high-leverage process opportunities, turn them into deliverables, and iterate based on results.Technical tool fluency: comfortable working across LLM-based automation, integrations, data pipelines, and automation platforms (specific tools will be discussed during evaluation).Communication & leadership: clear documentation, structured thinking, and the ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to land requirements.Independence: you can lead independently in a remote, offshore 1099 environment, managing priorities and deadlines without heavy supervision.Professional judgment: you balance speed with correctness, protect data integrity, and design safeguards for safe operations. We’re hiring an AI Automation Architect & Operations Director to lead automation initiatives and run the operational side of our AI systems for real estate revenue workflows.Own automation architecture: design, document, and maintain end-to-end AI automation workflows that support revenue operations.Lead implementation: translate requirements into practical system designs and coordinate execution across tools, integrations, and orchestration layers.Drive operational readiness: ensure workflows are reliable, observable, and maintainable, with clear runbooks and escalation paths.Optimize performance: measure automation outcomes, identify bottlenecks, and improve throughput, accuracy, and cost.Integrate systems: connect AI components with operational sources and revenue systems to ensure data consistency and correct business logic.Quality and governance: establish standards for prompt/workflow quality, versioning, and safe operation in production-like environments.Collaborate with stakeholders: align automation roadmaps with real estate operational priorities and revenue goals. We build AI-First revenue infrastructure designed for high-performance real estate operations. The team’s mission is to automate revenue workflows end-to-end—turning lead signals, operational events, and performance data into reliable execution. In this role, we’re looking for an AI Automation Architect who can own the end-to-end operationalization of automation: translating business goals into system design, implementing robust orchestration, and ensuring the automations reliably support day-to-day real estate revenue operations. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to identify the highest-leverage processes, design the automation architecture, implement and refine it through real test projects, and drive continuous operational improvements so the platform stays dependable as the business scales. $4K -$5K USD per month based on experience and test project evaluation.Structure: Full-time independent contractor (1099). This is an offshore role for candidates based in LATAM.Pay schedule: Paid in USD on the 1st and 15th of every month, deposited directly into your bank account.Location: Fully remote. Preference for Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia.Professional Development: $1.5 to $3K annual budget for courses, certifications, conferences, and tools.Workspace: Coworking membership allowance or home office setup budget. Prior experience in real estate, property operations, or revenue/lead management automation.Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI automations (quality metrics, regression checks, and human-in-the-loop processes).Hands-on experience with orchestration patterns such as workflow engines, event-driven processing, or scheduled automation pipelines.Background in building operational dashboards/observability for workflow health and business KPIs.
