3+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or project coordination roles.C1 English level or higher with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work an 8-hour shift that fully overlaps with standard 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST business hours.Familiarity with team collaboration tools from an administrative perspective, including Google Workspace and Slack.Basic familiarity with Salesforce navigation and data entry.Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.SkillsSalesforceGoogle WorkspaceSlackData EntryAdministrative Support Own the administrative and technical onboarding and offboarding of projects, including user provisioning, software licenses, and access credentials across internal tools.Prepare, send, and track client contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) using DocuSign, ensuring executed agreements are correctly filed.Assist with the preparation, tracking, and sending of client invoices, and conduct timely follow-ups on overdue payments.Perform minor administrative updates, record creation, and data maintenance within Salesforce to ensure accurate project data.Coordinate travel arrangements, manage team calendars, and assist with the planning and execution of team or client events.Support the hiring pipeline by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing foundational onboarding materials for new hires. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative mid-level Operations Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of our consulting practice. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to build scalable processes, maintain our internal tool stack, and support daily administrative, financial, and project onboarding logistics. You will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day business operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage competing priorities.
