We are looking for a candidate who understands Chile’s business culture and can execute consistent B2B outreach with a focus on measurable outcomes.We require that you are Chilean or based in Chile with a deep understanding of local business culture.You are a native Spanish speaker with excellent written communication skills for outreach.You have proven experience in B2B outreach, sales, or business development roles.You are proficient in using LinkedIn and WhatsApp for professional communication.You have basic English language skills for internal communication with our team.Knowledge of the Chilean agri-export sector is a significant advantage.We value professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail—especially when tailoring outreach messages and maintaining a clean pipeline tracker. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Chilean Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive outreach for GreenPassport, our innovative SaaS platform.Conduct targeted outreach to export managers at Chilean companies in the fresh fruit, salmon and seafood, wine, flowers, vegetables, nuts, and olive oil sectors.Use LinkedIn and WhatsApp to send professional, tailored messages in Spanish.Qualify leads by identifying prospects who are actively receiving sustainability or carbon reporting requests from their European buyers.Book 20-minute discovery calls for our team (calls are conducted in English).Implement effective follow-up strategies for prospects who do not initially respond.Maintain an organized and simple tracker to monitor outreach status and progress. At GreenPassport/CarbonSimplify, we help Chilean exporters generate essential carbon emissions reports to meet compliance requirements from their EU buyers (VSME/CSRD). In this role, we focus on expanding our market presence across Chile’s vibrant export sector by driving high-quality outreach to companies involved in key agri-export verticals. The Business Development Specialist supports our go-to-market by identifying sales opportunities, qualifying prospects based on their EU sustainability reporting needs, and booking discovery calls for our team to move qualified leads forward. Part-time, 10-15 hrs/week. Base €500/month + bonus per customer closed.We offer a competitive monthly retainer.We also provide a performance-based bonus for each qualified discovery call successfully booked. Experience working with or selling into the Chilean agri-export ecosystem (fresh produce, seafood, wine, flowers, nuts, olive oil, etc.).Familiarity with ESG, sustainability reporting, or carbon accounting workflows (especially related to EU buyer requirements).Prior success booking B2B discovery calls through LinkedIn/WhatsApp outreach and structured follow-ups.
