About the Role We're looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to own the full influencer marketing and PR program for a luxury niche fragrance brand in the US and Canada. This person will be fully responsible for the strategy and execution of the creator program: from defining the approach to day-to-day outreach, partnership negotiation, gifting, and performance reporting. Responsibilities • Design and execute the influencer marketing and PR strategy for US/Canada: creator identification, activation calendar, key messaging, and quarterly objectives. • Build and maintain a target list of Tier 1, Tier 2, and nano/micro influencers in the luxury niche space (60–100+ creators). • Lead the full gifting and unboxing process: outreach strategy, shipment coordination, follow-up, and conversion to published content. • Negotiate and close paid partnerships (UGC, paid social ads with creators, exclusivity agreements), owning budget and terms. • Build and lead a brand ambassador program from the ground up: recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. • Define content repurposing strategy in collaboration with design and copywriting teams. • Build and manage relationships with specialized fragrance communities (Fragrantica and similar platforms) to drive reviews and brand reputation. • Define KPIs, measure performance (ROAS, creator conversion rate, engagement), and report results directly to leadership. • Coordinate cross-functionally with paid media, design, copy, and community management to ensure aligned execution. Requirements • 3 - 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Talent/Creator Management, ideally in beauty, fragrance, or luxury, with experience leading strategy, not just execution. • Bilingual English-Spanish, advanced professional level in both (written and spoken). • Proven experience building creator programs from scratch in the US/Canada market. • Ability to work with full autonomy: define, execute, and measure without constant supervision. • Experience negotiating contracts and partnerships with creators and agencies. • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, influencer CRM tools, and reporting platforms.
