Role OverviewWorking under the Partner Operations Lead, you'll maintain accurate records across our tools, follow up on outstanding items, support inbound partner communications, and help keep our internal documentation current.
This is a high-trust support role for someone who loves organized systems, clean data, and reliable follow-through. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks and that the people above you can move quickly because you've already handled the details.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative support and coordination
Keep partner-related trackers, boards, and spreadsheets current and accurate
Log new orders, update statuses, and maintain data consistency across platforms
Handle routine partner follow-ups and check-ins on outstanding items
Triage inbound partner communications and route items to the right internal owner
Data entry and record-keeping
Enter and maintain accurate order, delivery, and payment records
Cross-reference incoming invoices against our internal records to confirm accuracy before payment is processed
Flag discrepancies, gaps, or anything that looks off to the Partner Operations Lead
Partner communications support
Draft standard partner-facing messages using approved templates
Maintain communication logs and track response status
Help coordinate partner availability and timelines with our internal team
Documentation support
Maintain and update internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) as processes evolve
Surface ideas for process improvements based on what you see in the day-to-day work
Help keep reference materials organized and easy for the rest of the team to find

Fully onboarded into our tools and daily workflows
Handling tracker updates and routine data entry independently
First-line response on routine partner inbound is on your shoulders
Invoice cross-referencing is running accurately and on time

Owning the administrative side of partner operations with minimal oversight
Routine partner follow-ups happen without reminders from your manager
You're proactively surfacing small process improvements to the Partner Operations Lead
Your independent task ownership is growing month over month

Partner records stay clean and current — no backlog of unreconciled items

You're a trusted first point of contact for routine partner communications
What We're Looking ForRequired
Strong written and verbal English — this role involves direct partner communication
Exceptional attention to detail — you catch things other people miss, especially in numbers and records
Strong organizational skills; comfortable managing work across multiple trackers and platforms
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal day-to-day supervision
Comfort communicating proactively over Slack or email when questions or blockers come up
Nice to Have
Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
Prior work in digital marketing, content moderation, or vendor coordination
Background in a virtual assistant, operations support, or administrative role supporting a remote team
Experience cross-referencing invoices, purchase orders, or billing records
