L’Oréal · LaPieza · Ciudad de México, CDMX, México

Descripción del puesto

Job Title: IT Supply Chain Analyst – L'Oréal Americas
Division: Corporate IT – Operations
Location: Mexico (Hybrid Policy)
Who We Are
For over a century, L'Oréal has focused all its energy and innovation on a single mission: Beauty. Our IT teams build the technology that powers the business, from websites to algorithms to trend forecasting, across areas like retail, e-commerce, CRM, data, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital marketing. It's a fast-moving, ever-learning environment.
What You Will Do
We're looking for a technically skilled IT Analyst to drive solution design, business transformation, project management, and global supply chain rollouts within L'Oréal's IT ecosystem. You'll play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence, support, and evolution of our supply chain planning systems across the Americas (US, Canada, and Latin America).
The role combines two core missions: providing Level 4 (L4) technical support for advanced troubleshooting, with a strong focus on SAP APO SNP (Supply Network Planning), and actively contributing to Build activities (system enhancements, local/regional rollouts, and the future transition roadmap toward S/4HANA ePPDS / IBP). You'll work closely with regional managers, a Central Team in France, and AMS support partners in India.
Key Responsibilities
1. L4 Support & Application Health (Americas Scope)
Serve as the final escalation point (L4) for complex supply planning issues across the Americas, resolving critical incidents and service requests within SLA targets, with a focus on SAP APO SNP.
Monitor system health as needed, including interface stability with partner systems, and proactively communicate with business stakeholders.
Provide support during business-critical periods such as monthly planning cycles, MRP runs, and peak operations, including occasional weekend availability when necessary.

2. Build Activities & S/4HANA Transition Roadmap
Partner on regional rollouts and business transformation projects, translating planning objectives into functional IT specifications.
Design, test, and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes in SAP APO modules (primarily SNP, with PP/DS exposure as a plus), working closely with senior experts.
Take part in project preparation, data mapping, and testing for the upcoming transition from legacy SAP APO to next-generation solutions.
Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure smooth integration between legacy systems and S/4HANA platforms.

3. User Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Create and maintain job aids, system procedures, and technical documentation.
Lead training and coaching sessions to drive system adoption and digital maturity among regional key users.
Act as a liaison with the AMS support team to share knowledge, align support processes, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (Industrial or related), or a Supply Chain field.
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring SAP APO SNP in a Supply Chain setting.
Support & Build Experience: Background in advanced troubleshooting (L4 support) and participation in IT projects, enhancements, or rollouts.
Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of supply chain planning concepts (MRP, demand planning, network planning, master data). Familiarity with SAP ECC modules (MM, PP, and/or SD) and data integration tools is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, geographically dispersed team.
Languages: Fluent Spanish. Professional-level English required. Portuguese and/or French are a plus.

What's In It For You?
