About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Revenue to lead and optimize our commercial operation across LATAM and the U.S. This is not a traditional sales role focused on closing deals. Instead, we need a commercial leader who can build scalable revenue processes, coach demand generation teams, implement systems and metrics, and drive sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate combines commercial leadership experience with a strong analytical mindset, understands CRM and revenue operations, and can transform commercial insights into repeatable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Commercial Strategy
Define and optimize revenue generation strategies across LATAM and the U.S.
Help identify the ideal customer profile (ICP), messaging, channels, and go-to-market initiatives.
Analyze funnel performance and implement improvements across the sales process.
Demand Generation Leadership
Lead and coach SDR teams focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline creation.
Establish processes, KPIs, SLAs, lead scoring models, and performance frameworks.
Identify bottlenecks within the funnel and implement corrective actions.
Revenue Operations & CRM
Own and optimize HubSpot and the commercial tech stack.
Define CRM processes, reporting structures, dashboards, and workflow automations.
Act as the business owner for CRM implementations and process improvements.
Growth & Marketing Alignment
Manage and collaborate with Growth Marketing resources focused on SEO, CRO, content, events, and inbound lead generation.
Ensure marketing initiatives generate measurable pipeline impact.
Align sales and marketing efforts through data-driven decision making.
Account Growth & Expansion
Build the foundation for account development and customer expansion programs.
Create structured processes for farming, upselling, and account growth initiatives.
Develop visibility and reporting for post-sale revenue opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, Revenue Leadership, Demand Generation, or Commercial Management.
Experience leading SDRs, BDRs, or demand generation teams.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
Experience building sales processes, KPIs, dashboards, and operational frameworks.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coach commercial teams and improve performance through process optimization.
English proficiency (B2+ minimum - conversational).
Valid U.S. visa or ability to travel to the United States.
Experience in startups or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
