MFT/CD Developer Jr

🎯 About the Role
We are looking for an MFT/CD Developer Jr with experience in managed file transfer and systems integration. You will be responsible for ensuring data flows securely and efficiently between internal platforms and external trading partners, working closely with both business and technology teams.
📋 Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Managed File Transfer (MFT) and B2B connectivity solutions
Collaborate with business and IT teams to design robust integration solutions
Manage and monitor file transfers ensuring availability and reliability
Participate in integration projects following Agile methodologies
Document technical processes and communicate progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

✅ Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Software or Integration Developer
Solid hands-on knowledge of file transfer protocols: FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2 or Connect Direct
Preferably experienced with IBM Sterling (File Gateway)
Proficiency in CI/CD and GitHub
Conversational English (written and spoken) — mandatory
Strong technical and business communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional teams

⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with integration tools: Tibco BusinessWorks 6.x, EMS, MuleSoft, Boomi or Workato
Knowledge of container orchestration: Kubernetes / Docker
Experience with Microservices, Java or Python
Industry background in Supply Chain, Sales, e-commerce, CRM, Retail or Mobile Apps
Familiarity with Agile / Product methodologies
