🔍 Open Role: Vision Sales Engineer – North Mexico
We’re hiring a Vision Sales Engineer (VSE) to join our team in North Mexico, supporting
industrial clients with AI-driven vision solutions.
🚀 Role overview
This is a highly hands-on hybrid role (technical + commercial).
The person will not just support sales — they will drive deals end-to-end, from technical
discovery to closing.
We’re specifically looking for profiles that already operate in that “in-between space”
(engineering + customer + business), even if they don’t have the formal VSE title yet.
🧠 Ideal profile (based on what has worked / not worked in process)
Strong fits we’ve seen:
● Engineers currently in Field Service / Applications / Automation roles who:
○ Are already customer-facing
○ Have some exposure to commercial conversations or deal support
● People who are hands-on technically but also enjoy the business side
● Profiles working in very similar environments (vision, inspection, automation, industrial
tech)
Gaps we’ve seen in weaker candidates:
● Too purely technical (no ability to connect to business value)
● Too sales-only (lack of technical depth / credibility)
● Low ownership (waiting for direction vs driving conversations)
💼 Key responsibilities
● Lead technical discovery conversations with customers
● Translate problems into vision-based solutions
● Run demos, pilots, and on-site validations
● Partner on commercial strategy and deal closing
● Build trust as a technical advisor
