In charge of the activities for the site events, new-hire coordination with ITAL responsible for the main archive and personnel attention

Key Responsibilities:

Elaboration of new hire employee files
Archive update: documentation, action plans PCGS, vacations, process resignations and input assets to the archive
Deliver and backup of payroll receipts
Settlements signature
Welcome kit preparation
Events planning and coordination
Provide personnel work references to 3rd party companies and TP ITAL dept.
Internal communications elaboration
Service suppliers
On site attention to employees

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or currently in progress).

Experience Requirements

1 year of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, customer service, or related areas.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Intermediate English level (written and spoken) preferred.
