Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in immigration services, is seeking motivated talent to join its team.
The firm assists individuals who are living and working in the United States, guiding them through the legal process to regularize their immigration status. Their services support clients in applying for work permits, visas, permanent residency, and other immigration relief solutions.
As an Appointment Setter, you will assist prospective clients with their immigration needs by scheduling appointments, providing clear service information, and helping convert inquiries into clients, while delivering a professional, supportive, and empathetic experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients over the phone to identify their needs and determine how the firm can support them.
Provide clear and concise information regarding immigration services and processes.
Apply sales techniques to encourage prospective clients to begin their legal process with the firm.
Build long-term client relationships through consistent and culturally sensitive communication.
Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Offer solutions to address clients’ concerns or obstacles.
Maintain accurate and timely communication across all customer interactions.
