What You’ll Be Doing
You will handle inbound and outbound calls with a front-desk style approach (this is not a call center). You can expect approximately 25–50 calls per day, featuring quick interactions that average 3–5 calls per hour—very similar to the pace of a busy doctor’s office.

Language Skills: Fluent English (C1/C2 level) paired with professional proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese.
