We are looking for a passionate and committed Human Resources Coordinator to support our teams through strong employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture initiatives. This role is centered on labor relations, case management, employee engagement, and ensuring full compliance with TP values and internal policies.
 
Responsibilities

Manage employee disciplinary processes in accordance with the local Labor Code and internal company policies.
Provide support and guidance to leaders and employees on labor relations and workplace norms.
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Support initiatives related to employee engagement, wellness, and organizational culture.
Monitor and follow up on absenteeism, leave requests, and special cases.
Uphold the company’s ethics and code of conduct policies.
Manage of HR KPIs.

Qualifications

Advanced or completed university studies in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in labor relations, employee engagement, or general HR coordination.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, active listening, and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
English level B2
