Job Summary:
As a Tech Support Expert, you will assist customers who are experiencing technical issues with their devices or services. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, clear communication, and patience to guide customers step-by-step toward effective solutions while ensuring a positive support experience.
Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written)
Minimum age of 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Ability to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with technical issues related to devices, software, or services
Diagnose problems and guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner
Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring proper documentation
Maintain accurate records of technical cases and resolutions in the system
Provide troubleshooting support while ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence in the service
Stay up to date with product updates, technical processes, and tools to deliver effective support
