Job Summary:
As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving objections, and providing solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to navigate customer interactions with professionalism and confidence.
Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written)
Minimum age of 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with adaptability to changing situations
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product/service information
Effectively manage customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction
Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system and follow up on customer requests as needed
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and customer experience
Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations
