Onboarding Coordinator
The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible of Learning Lab operations for different clients. This includes being responsible of ensuring onboarding process and Learning Lab Implementation, and standardization based on global and internal requirements, and local needs. Ensure process compliance, reach targets based on glidepath, create development strategies for new agents during their first 60 days, as well, as, Onboarding team members.
Work Experience
6 Months in Training Coordinator
Tops Methodology
Have call center experience, management skills and experience negotiating with clients.
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources). Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical
Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt COPC certified desired. If internal candidate, must comply with LSS online courses prior application or GB if external
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office standard tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Knowledge around Contact Center Systems (AVAYA CMS Supervisor (or equivalent))
High negotiation skills
Quality tools such as: root cause analysis, cause and effect diagrams, histograms or control charts
