Business Development Manager
Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting day to day requirements from the Business Development VPs regarding the Nearshore Region sales information, improving the communication between the Biz Dev team and the Nearshore leadership team. Part of the RFP process, in charge of sending the right information, complying with deadlines and following up with the BizDev executive. Develop client case studies, presentations and all material necessary to sell the region.

Education and Specific Training
• Degree in Business, Marketing, International Management
Work Experience
• Experience in the contact center operation
• Experience in client services
• Experience in sales
• Great networking
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Contact Center Operations, Client Services and Sales
• Desired experience in a specific sector such as: Retail, Finance, Consumer, Telecommunication
