ACCOUNTABILITIES Focuses on service management discipline within the environment to minimize impact to the business Performs tasks relating to telecommunication operations, installation and/or maintenance for local, off-site and/or remote locations Designs, configures, deploys, tests, maintains, monitors and trouble-shoots telecommunication voice/video components to provide a secure, high performance voice/video network Documents and maintains global/ITIL standards and processes and the development of specifications, records, form layouts, etc. Analyzes and translates business requirements and user needs into engineering, design, and technical specifications to support telecommunications infrastructure Develops and maintains vendor and internal/external customer relationships Prepares cost estimates for current and proposed telecommunications activities Confers with and advises on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods and the use of telecommunications May take responsibility for network convergence work streams RESPONSIBILITIES Designs, plans, and leads implementation of telecommunication systems Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing voice, data, or video systems and procedures Reviews work-in-progress and suggests corrective action to keep projects on schedule Writes and maintains operating manuals and assists in preparing activity and progress reports regarding telecommunications function Ensures that installed systems are working effectively and may provide direction to technicians and analysts who install and maintain systems May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of less experienced team members Recognizes business needs when prioritizing projects and selecting methods and techniques for solving telecommunication problems Frequently suggests solutions based on analysis and interpretation of telecommunication equipment diagnostics, usage, and programming May manage short term projects to successful completion May manage network convergence projects

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

The Security & Resiliency organization manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. Role:
We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Security & Resiliency team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating and testing of internal applications.

Key Responsibilities
o Implement data driven applications for automation using node.js for REST APIs.
o Leverage off-the-shelf reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) as much possible to build reports and when necessary build custom UI
o Leverage ELK stack to build data processing capabilities for various applications.
o Build smart connectors to ingest data from variety of data sources, including structured and unstructured data.
o Build APIs to export data for consumption by external applications.
o Follow Scrum process, participate in Scrum ceremonies and follow the incremental delivery model
o Follow the best practices for code development and code hygiene using Gitlab.
o Maintain documentation and user guides in Confluence
Technical Skills
o Experience in building and implementing data models and end to end architecture for data ingestion, storage and processing.
o Experience with data analytics or visualization software such as PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik
o Experience in SQL and complex database query development and procedures
o Experience in development framework such node.js (preferred) and react/angular.js.
o Experience with REST API to build automation of web services
o Experience in distributed code repositories such as Git (Gitlab/Github/Bitbucket)
o Strong analytical, process management and reporting skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Results-driven and accountability-minded
o Ability and desire to learn new skills.
